How to view you balance and current transactions
How do I get my account balance and transaction details?
You can view your account balance and transaction details online for FREE.
  1. Log in to your prepaid account and click 'First time signing on, or not enrolled in Strong Authentication? Click to ENROLL NOW'.
  2. Fill in the required information and press the "Continue' button.
  3. Click 'Card Account Activity' to view your balance and transactions.

Can I add someone to my prepaid account?
Yes. You can add an additional card holder to your prepaid account; however, joint accounts are not offered. What you need to do is order an easypay Secondary Card for a friend or family member by calling us at 1-702-535-5300 between the hours of 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday thru Friday PST. There is a one-time fee of $9.95 to order the card.
How do I change the email address an/or phone number on my prepaid account?
Call us and we’ll change it for you. You can change you email address, phone, address or last name.
